Marianne obtained her technical degree from the Department of Chemical Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark. Marianne is a specialist on biotechnology. Prior to her joining of Holme Patent A/S, Marianne has spent more than 15 years in the healthcare sector doing clinical and chemical research. Her expertise comprises the preparation, filing, and proceedings of national and international patent applications within the general areas of analytical chemistry, medical technology, biochemistry, pharmacology as well as organic and inorganic chemistry. Marianne handles oppositions, appeals, and infringements.

Annelise Holme, Partner

Annelise earned her Masters degree from the Institute of Microbiology at the Technical University of Denmark. She specialized in infection microbiology. Annelise has been with Holme Patent A/S since its formation in 1994. Her expertise includes the preparation, filing, and proceedings of national and international patent applications with respect to pharmacology, biotechnology, cell biology, biochemistry, genetic engineering, and immunology. Annelise has gained significant professional experience within the development of vaccines. She handles oppositions, appeals, and infringements.

Nils Tarras-Wahlberg

Nils obtained a Masters degree in technical physics from Chalmers University of Technology and a Ph.D. degree in physics from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. Nils specialized in nanotechnology. As a researcher, he studied nanoparticles with an emphasis on spectroscopy, reactivity, magnetism and microscopy. In addition, Nils has tought electronics at the University of Gothenburg.

Jens obtained his Master of science in engineering physics from DTU and his Ph.D in physics/electrochemistry from Risø-DTU. Previously Jens has done research within the areas fuel cells, catalysis, spectroscopy, spectrometry and microscopy, and furthermore been working with medical physics.

At Holme Patent A/S, Line mostly handles technical drawings, administration of renewal fees, and general administration.
Line works with several 2D and 3D drawing programs. She attends to the preparation of drawings based on sketches and descriptions, as well as to the editing of existing material.
Helle Garde Carlsen
European Trademark and Design Attorney
Helle is an IPR-assistant. At Holme Patent A/S, Helle mostly attends to the preparation, filing and processing of national and international trademarks and designs. In addition, Helle is experienced in conflicts and problems with respect to web domains.
Helle has previously been employed at another Danish patent and trademark firm. Also, she has knowledge of the establishment of Danish companies through an earlier employment. At Holme Patent A/S, Helle is also responsible for the reporting of due dates and formalities.

Jan Magnussen
At Holme Patent A/S Jan mostly handles the formal examination of national and international patent application, and the maintenance of deadlines in our docketing system. Jan has previously been employed in a Danish patent and trademark company.

Maja has a bachelor i Food Science and Technology and has the main responsibility for validation of European patents.
Henrik Kristiansen

Henrik is an accounting assistant. In addition, he currently studies Business Administration (BA Hons.) at De Montfort University. At Holme Patent A/S, Henrik is responsible for accounting and bookkeeping.
